For the seventh consecutive year, Future Rock will ring in the New Year (2012) at home in Chicago! This time, Future Rock will be join The Disco Biscuits at the beautiful Auditorium Theater on December 31, 2011. When these two bands get together, things tend to get rowdy. Expect exactly that.

Bear Creek Music Fest in Live Oak, Florida, (one of our favorite fests in the country) is right around the corner! We play on Sunday Nov 13th on the Campground stage at 3pm. VG contributor Natalie Cressman will be joining us for that performance as well! Link HERE to see the full schedule!
Gonna be in Chicago the night before Thanksgiving? Get your best black & white duds ready for “The Black Wednesday Affair” at Schubas for our first headline show in our hometown in over a year! Silver Wrapper, Van Ghost, & Schubas all strongly encourage ALL black & white attire. The band will be participating and this can be anything from something “Domino” related to a cocktail dress to a zebra outfit to a wig or a masquerade mask with mardi gras beads and anything in between. Future Rock is will play a 5-show Halloween run this October! The run starts with a return to Milwaukee WI at the Miramar Theatre and Minneapolis MS for a first time play at the Cabooze. The run then continues with a long awaited return to Iowa City IA at Gabe’s, before two Halloween blowouts in Springfield MO at American Legion Post 676 and on Halloween proper in Fayetteville AR at George’s Majestic!

Future Rock is officially returning to the great states of Colorado and Kansas for 3 shows this October 6th, 7th, & 8th. The run starts with a first time play in Aspen CO at the legendary Belly Up, continues down to Denver CO for a long awaited play at the Larimer Lounge and finishes with a blowout at The Bottleneck in Lawrence KS.
